If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all our digital courses and marketing services. 2. Eligibility for Refunds

-To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 60 days of the purchase date.
-You must not have completed more than 50% of the course content.
-If you have completed more than 50% of the course, you will not be eligible for a refund.

2.2. Marketing Services:

-To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 60 days of the invoice date.
-The refund applies to services that have not been fully rendered or completed.

2.3. Rendered Services and Client Satisfaction:

-If services have been rendered and the client is unsatisfied, a refund request can still be made within 60 days of purchase.
-The client must contact Black Valley Digital LLC within 14 days after the service is rendered and provide detailed feedback on the dissatisfaction.
-Black Valley Digital LLC will review the feedback and attempt to resolve the issue within 14 days by redoing the work or making necessary adjustments.
-If the issue cannot be resolved to the client’s satisfaction, a partial or full refund may be issued at the discretion of Black Valley Digital LLC.

2.4. Partial Refunds:

-Partial refunds may be offered based on the level of dissatisfaction.
-Credit towards future services or courses may also be provided.

2.5. Client Responsibilities:
